As well as being an NPC bikini competitor, Celeste is a mindset mentor specialising in helping people make peace with food, their body and their goals and is the author of the number one best selling self help book ‘Believe Your Way to Badass.’ Combining her passion for the sport, her experiences with disordered eating plus her qualifications and passion for psychology, personal development, mindfulness, Celeste works closely with competitors to help them develop healthier relationships with food.
